Return & Refund Policy

Girlylux Ltd only provides refund if the team wrongly sent a defective item by mistake. No refund is done if the customer chooses wrong model or size or the latter does not want the ring anymore after placing an order.

Girlylux Ltd happily exchanges a product if the team wrongly sent a size or wrong item and the shipping cost is charged by the company.

If a client has wrongly chosen sizing; exchange is acceptable only within 1 week as from date client has received the parcel proofof date when parcel was delivered).

Exchange will be done only if we have other sizes in stock in same model. We won’t exhange with other models.

However we do not exchange if the client has damaged the product and want to exchange.

Exchanges are only done with image proof that we sent wrong size or wrong model.

Lastly we do not exhange hy post. We do exhanges at our location vacoas
